Instructions
Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 5 minutes to slightly crisp the crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the crust. Add crumbled minced meat, sausage, bell peppers, and green onions.
Crack eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them evenly.
Return to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted, the crust is golden, and the egg whites are set but yolks are slightly runny.
Sprinkle with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley. Slice and enjoy warm!
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for a few extra minutes before adding toppings. Customize with additional veggies or a drizzle of hot sauce!
