Ingredients
  

For the Pizza Base

  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

For the Toppings

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices cooked minced meat crumbled
  • ½ cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional for spice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 5 minutes to slightly crisp the crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the crust. Add crumbled minced meat, sausage, bell peppers, and green onions.
  • Crack eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them evenly.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted, the crust is golden, and the egg whites are set but yolks are slightly runny.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley. Slice and enjoy warm!

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for a few extra minutes before adding toppings. Customize with additional veggies or a drizzle of hot sauce!
