Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached chicken)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish optional, for a hint of sweetness
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice for brightness
  • 1/2 tsp sugar optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook & Shred the Chicken

  • If using raw chicken, poach or bake until fully cooked, then shred finely.

Step 2: Mix the Dressing

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar until smooth.

Step 3: Combine & Chill

  • Add shredded chicken, celery, and sweet pickle relish to the dressing.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve chilled as a sandwich, wrap, or on a bed of lettuce.

Notes

Want a healthier version? Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
