Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until a thick dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter, mixing until combined.
Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the gooey filling over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden but the center is slightly jiggly.
Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of caramel before serving. These bars taste even better the next day!
