1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Pasta
12ozfettuccine or penne pasta
1/2cupreserved pasta water
1/4cupfresh parsleychopped
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Add the reserved pasta water gradually, stirring to achieve a smooth consistency.
Return the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
This dish is best served immediately while the sauce is creamy and smooth. You can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream for a lighter version.
