For the Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water 110°F
  • 1/4 cup olive oil plus more for drizzling

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme or both

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, or caramelized onions on top before baking!
