Ingredients
For the Dough

instant yeast

teaspoon
garlic powder

dried rosemary or thyme

flaky sea salt

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Grease a baking sheet or pan with olive oil and spread the dough evenly, dimpling it with your fingers.
Drizzle with more olive oil, then sprinkle with dried rosemary, black pepper, and flaky sea salt.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, or caramelized onions on top before baking!
