Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Lightly brush frozen salmon fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and lemon zest.
Rub the seasoning blend onto the salmon fillets.
Place the frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping.
Air fry for 10 minutes, then brush with soy sauce or lemon juice for added flavor.
Continue air frying for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and is flaky.
Serve immediately with steamed vegetables, rice, or a side salad.
