Ingredients
  

  • For the Garlic Butter Chicken split lengthwise two boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Two tablespoons of olive grease
  • Third tablespoons butter
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • One teaspoon of salt.
  • One half tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • half tsp Italian seasoning
  • One tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped for garnish.
  • With the Ricotta Alfredo Pasta:
  • 12 ounces of fettuccine or pasta of preference
  • One cup of fresh ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • half a cup of thick cream
  • One-half cup of whole milk
  • 3 minced cloves of garlic
  • Two tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp optional red pepper flakes; directions

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the pasta.

  • Bring a big pot of salted water up to boil.
  • Cook fettuccine al dente per package directions.
  • Save half a cup of pasta water; then drain and set aside.

Step 2: prepare the chicken garlicky butter.

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian spice.
  • In a large skillet, set on medium-high, warm olive oil.
  • Cook chicken till brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  • Cut heat to low, toss butter and minced garlic over the chicken for one minute.
  • Take off from the heat and allow rest as the pasta is cooking.

Step 3: is creating the Ricotta Alfredo Sauce.

  • Melt butter in the same pan over medium heat, then sauté garlic for thirty seconds.
  • Add ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, whole milk, and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  • Season with black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add cooked pasta; toss to coat. Add saved pasta water a little at a time if the sauce seems overly thick.

Step 4: compile and present

  • Top the creamy ricotta Alfredo spaghetti with sliced garlic butter chicken.
  • Top with fresh parsley and more Parmesan.

Notes

Want extra flavor? Add sun-dried tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms to the sauce.
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
