  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup granola or rolled oats

Fruits & Toppings

  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

Optional Additions

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Add Greek yogurt or cottage cheese to a serving bowl.
  • Layer the Ingredients: Sprinkle granola or rolled oats over the base, followed by banana slices and mixed berries.
