Equipment
Milk Frother (Handheld or Electric)
Blender (Optional)
Mason Jar (For Shaking Method)
Ingredients
Base
1/2
cup
cold milk
preferably nonfat or 2%
1
tbsp
heavy cream
optional, for extra richness
Flavoring (Optional)
1
tsp
vanilla syrup or sweetener of choice
1/2
tsp
cinnamon or caramel syrup
optional, for flavor variations
Instructions
Choose Your Milk: Use cold nonfat or 2% milk for the best frothing results. If you prefer a richer texture, add a splash of heavy cream.
Add Sweetener (Optional): Mix in vanilla syrup, caramel syrup, or a touch of honey to sweeten your cold foam.
Froth the Milk:
Using a Milk Frother: Pour the milk into a frother and blend for 20-30 seconds until thick and foamy.
Using a Handheld Frother: Place milk in a cup and use a frother to blend until it thickens.
Using a Blender: Blend milk on high for 15-20 seconds to create a smooth, airy texture.
Using a Mason Jar: Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds until foamy.
Serve & Enjoy: Pour the cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, or tea and enjoy a creamy, café-style drink at home!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a dash of cinnamon, a drizzle of caramel, or even a pinch of cocoa powder for a mocha twist!
