Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Patties

  • 1 can salmon 14.75 oz, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For Frying

  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Salmon Mixture: In a large bowl, mix flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, parsley, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
  • Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the Patties: Cook the salmon patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain & Serve: Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, or a simple side salad.

Notes

For extra crunch, try using panko breadcrumbs. These patties pair well with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
