Easy and delicious peach cobbler with a buttery cake mix topping. This simple recipe is perfect for a quick dessert and pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
2canssliced peaches in syrup15 oz each, or 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1tspcinnamon
½tspvanilla extractoptional for extra flavor

1boxyellow or white cake mix15.25 oz
½cupunsalted buttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
If using canned peaches, drain one can and keep the syrup from the other. If using fresh peaches, mix them with ¼ cup sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
Spread the peaches evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches, then drizzle with vanilla extract.
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches. Do not stir.
Pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of white sugar when using fresh peaches. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect finishing touch!
