Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 1 lb fresh salmon cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

For the Garlic Butter Glaze

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp soy sauce for extra umami

For Garnish

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat an air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the Salmon: In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Cook the Salmon:
  • Oven Method: Arrange salmon bites on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • Air Fryer Method: Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Prepare the Garlic Butter Glaze: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, honey (if using), and soy sauce.
  • Toss & Serve: Drizzle or toss the cooked salmon bites with the garlic butter glaze and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

For an extra crunch, try adding sesame seeds or crushed nuts before serving. These salmon bites pair perfectly with rice, salad, or as a protein-packed snack!
