  • ½ teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional, for added depth of flavor

  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes for a slight kick

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
  • Mince the garlic and chop any fresh herbs if using.

Sear the Beef (Optional, for More Flavor):

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the beef bites until browned on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  • Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.

Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker:

  • Add the potatoes, garlic, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and oregano into the slow cooker.
