Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra chewy cookies, slightly underbake them and let them finish setting on the baking sheet. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for a subtle warm flavor.
